We would appreciate any help identifying photos of the members of the Toney or Gillispie families that appear in the WHAT’S NEW section at our website http://forneyclarkgenealogy.com These 15 scans of tintypes originally appeared in a photo album owned by Mary Jane Gillispie Toney (1851-1907). Specific names associated with these pictures are John Edward Toney (1851-1932) and Mary Jane Gillispie Toney (1851-1907) of the Poindexter Toney II (b. 1818) and Elizabeth Jarrett Toney (b. 1824) line. Counties associated with these families are Kanawha, WV; Boone Co., WV; Putnam Co., WV; Mason Co., WV; Taswell Co., VA; and, Colusa Co., CA.
