Seeking information on John Yecoshenko (1861-1924) and his wife Lena Terashenko (1864-1927) who immigrated from Kiev, Ukraine, Russia in 1892 settling in Louisville, KY. They later purchased a farm in York Twp, Sussex Co, VA. The family later went by the last name of "Shanko". They moved up to North Dakota about 1903, but returned to Virgina after a couple of years. I cannot locate the family in any of the census records. Can anyone help me with this family? Thank you
