I found mention of Captain Edward Windom pg 63 & 163, this concerned Bacon's Rebellion, and mentioned as part of a commission in 1652.
I found mentioned in deeds from William Boddie to Edmund Windum pgs 201, 340, 347.
Ed. Windum is mentioned on page 633.
(William Boddie was a Quaker)
pg 347.....I shall give unto Edmund Windum, son of Edmund Windum, five head of female cattle.....dated April 4, 1680.

Edmund Windom page 82 William Boddy gives hefer to son of Edmund Windom dec. and his wife. Dated 1695.
