Swann's Point Plantation fronts along the James River directly across from Jamestown Island, the first permanent English settlement in America, settled in 1607. Swann's Point Plantation was settled in 1610. This auction offers a unique opportunity to own significant historic property comprised of 1,689 acres with over three miles of frontage on the James River and navigable Grays Creek.
