Surname: JEAN/JANE late 1600s-early 1700

Seeking any information on Family surname JEAN/ sometimes Jane. Have copy of land record 1663 for John Jean and wife Elizabeth. Believed to be parents of Phillip Jean, also known as Philip Jane. William Jean of Brunswick County is a descendant. Family migrated to North Carolina. Because this family originally settled in Surry and other 'burned counties" of Virginia, seeling leads on private records and bible records. THANKS
