Jual or Joel Bailey 1752 Surry, VA

In 1752 ROGER DELK of Surry to sold BENJAMIN BAILEY 140 acres in Southampton on south side of the Blackwater Swamp. Witnessing the transaction among others were Samuel Bailey, Thomas Pretlow and Jual (?Joel) Bailey.

Benjamin Bailey was probably Benjamin 1711-1781. Samuel was probably his his nephew Samuel 1735-1796. Thomas Pretlow may have been father of husband of Benjamin's niece Mary, who was sister to Samuel. These relationships raise question whether JUAL (?JOEL) Bailey may be a relative. This name or variations are unknown to me. Has anyone seen in Surry records in this time frame? There was a later Joel Bailey b. abt 1758 who was the son of Benjamin's son Tryal Bailey.
