I just checked the Fredericksburg court records and found that Agatha was the daughter of John Holliday, so this must be the same person. Benjamin's estate was inventoried in 1825 and he had one child, John H. Weeks. Between 1785 and 1787 Benjamin was sued numerous times for failing to pay his debts. In 1784 or 1785 he was accused of "retailing spiritous liquors" without a license. This was in Fredericksburg. He appears to have kept a store in that town first, then moved out to Falmouth where he stayed for some nine years. One of the court records stated that Agatha died in Feb. 1814, yet in another case she was listed as his widow when his estate was inventoried in 1825. Since I'm only looking at something less than abstracts, I can't quite figure out the discrepency there.
