Thomas Brooks-James Hord- Simon Miller-William Richards;

Thomas Brooks b. ___ d. 1813 was a son in law of James Hord, James Hord and William Richards were sons in law of Simon Miller, dec'd 1799 in Culpeper County. At

there is an abstracted deposition from a law suit filed by James Hord against the estate of Simon Miller, adm. William Richards. In it it states:

"Mr. Miller moved from Culpeper Co. to "Stawthars" in Stafford Co. about 1796"

"tenants on land bought by Simon Miller from Thomas Strother - Mr. Brown; Mr. Watson; Mr. Colbirds; Mr. Thomas Brooks"

By May 1813 both Thomas Brooks and James (SR) were deceased. Thomas was listed in this one, so he died after this court action.
Plaintiff James Hord (decd.); James Hord (exor.); Thomas Brooks (exor.)

I need any information about this Thomas Brooks who married Jane Hord, (daughter of James Hord,) or Jane Hord Brooks. (I have her ancestry) Death dates and places of burial or cemeteries, siblings and parents of Thomas Brooks. The location of "Stawthars"
