Henry CARTER b.1752 Spotsylvania Co. d. 1836 KY

In the pension records of Henry CARTER VA-KY, he states that he was b. 1752 in Spotsylvania Co VA, lived there through the Rev. War, moved to Faquier Co, VA, and then to Barren Co KY in 1801. His wife was Frances ?. I have not been able to find Henry in the reconstructed 1790 VA census in Spotsylvania or Fauquier Co VA where he stated he lived.

Does anyone have any idea who his wife Frances was? Does anyone know who Henry's parents were?
