Since posting the previous message I have discovered in the Southampton County Marriage Records 1750 - 1853 a Marriage Bond of James Blythe and Amy (Anny or Annie?) Johnson 6 Aug 1830. Security and witnesses are Mills Beal, Ely Joyner, and J. Rochelle. It appears that Rev. R.T. Daniel officiates. Any information about the ancestors of James Blythe, Amy (Anny) Johnson, or Rev. R.T. Daniels' church (where the service is performed?) would be appreciated.
