In Southampton County, Virginia Marriage Bonds 1751-1853, p.13. - A marriage bond for Mason Bishop & Elizabeth Vick was issued on 13 Jan 1815. Bondsmen: Richard Vick & John Vick. They were probably married a few days later.

In the 1810 Census of Southampton Co., VA Richard VICK, William FIERS, and Ann BISHOP were neighbors. Ann BISHOP was the mother of Mason BISHOP. Maybe Richard VICK was Elizabeth's father.

I notice you list him as "George" Mason BISHOP. In all the documents I've found for him in Southampton Co. (his father's estate settlement, various deeds and mother's Will) there is never a "George", he is only listed as Mason BISHOP. Hope this helps.
