Noticed your post regarding info on Woodward descendents.
I'm a great, great, great, great granddaughter of Jacob Woodward born 1760 - married to Susannah Fitzpatrick.
Actually there are 2 branches of my family tree from Jacob Woodward.
Fathers Side - Jacob Woodward & Susannah Fitzpatrick had a son Hiram Woodward who married Penny Sandefur and they had a son Henry Clay Woodward who married Ellen F. Poston (possibly 2 wives) Julia A. (last name unknown). Henry Clay and Ellen had a son Garland Bruce Woodward born 1883 married Ida Dye B 1881 - had son James Everett Woodward b 1908 m Minnie Dell Shortt b 1907 - Son James Donald Woodward m Winona Wilson. James Everett Woodward also had two daughters - Connie Sue Woodward and Frances Jeanette Woodward.
Mothers side - Jacob Woodward - Daughter Rebecca Woodward - had a son Joseph Woodward - Wife Louise Colley had son - John Woodward - Wife Sally (Sarah) Henderson had daughter - Ellen Woodward married Charles L. Shortt - had daughter Minnie Dell Shortt who married James Everett Woodward (my mother and father.)
Some of this info was repeated to me by family and some I researched. Any info you have would be greatly appreciated. I started this family tree years ago and now I've started up again.
