I am also researching Wm. and Susannah Tudor Martin. I can only account for the name Tudor being used as a misreading of the handwriting for Meador. I have seen the capital M resembling a T in older handwriting. As far as the Tudor surname: Why is it that NO ONE has been able to find a Susannah Tudor who was the right age to be this Susannah. All documentary evidence that I have seen after many years of research points to Susannah Meador rather than Tudor. Alice Hagins
