Flora died December 16, 2007, was the wife of George Blizzard, then married a Fred Dye, and she died in Russell County, Virginia.
She was survived by son Scott and daughter Pamela Blizzard of Chesterfield, Virginia.
Flora's parents were Jerry and Nora McCroskey.
