Lankford Moore

Looking for more info on the Byrne family and Lynn/Lynne/Linn families of VA / NC / KY. The ancestors of Ann Victoria (Byrne) Sinnett, dau. of Peyton Buckner Byrne. Also looking for the ancestors of Mary Ellen (Moore) Nickels. She was the dau. of Lankford & Elisabeth Moore:

As for the Moore family:

Hello! I don't know where I acquired this info, but my records have a:

Lankford Moore married to Elisabeth Jane Robinson and having a daughter Mary Ellen Moore, born circa 1853.

This Mary Ellen Moore married Boenerges "Doc" Nickels (1854-1913).

They had kids that included Ollie (?) Nickels and Ella May Nickels (1899-1966).

Ella May married Howard Colegrove (1893-1983).

Their children: Curtis (d. 1977??), Lulla Belle (d. 1984??), Joseph (1920-1995), Dorothy (d. 2004), Orbie (d. 2003), Everett (d. 2001?), Lucy May (d. at young age), Mary (who married a man named Beverage Moore), Howard Jr. (Red) (d. in 1970's), and Ned (d. 1989?).

Does this make sense? Also, any additional info on Lankford Moore and his wife and children, birth dates, death dates, photos, etc. Or their parents info would be very helpful! Thanks!

Chris Colegrove
