Peaked Mountain Church Records

Hello everyone... Yesterday I came across baptism records for Peaked Mountain Church. I found many of my ancestors... However in two other sources my 6th great grandparents had 9 children but I only found 6 children.

My 6th great grandparents were Conrad and Anna Elizabeth (Mallo) Price (also spelled Preiss, Preisch). Along with their children, they were also baptized at Peaked Mountain. Conrad and his siblings and Anna Elizabeth's siblings were also baptized there..

So why would these other 3 children be baptized there... I know they lived to adulthood.

Conrad's known children (that were baptized) are:
Michael b. 16 Feb 1783
Augustine b. 5 Mar 1785
Elizabeth b. 11 Sep 1786
Frederick b. 27 Jul 1788
Anna Maria b. 5 Jan 1792
John Peter b. 5 Dec 1792

The three unknown children (unknown meaning don't have birth or baptism dates/records) were:
George Price
Joseph Price
Jacob Allen Price

Jacob was administer of Conrad's will which took place in St. Charles, MO... George and Augustine paid taxes on Conrad's land. Joseph was killed by Indians...

So would these three just not have been recorded when baptized which I find highly unlikely but I guess possible.... Maybe they just were not baptized? Again highly unlikely but possible...

Any help, ideas, etc greatly appreciated!

Juls
