Looking for Phillips family in Shenandoah Valley, Virginia

I am looking for Phillips descendants who currently reside in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. I am working with a group of volunteers on a project to identify descendants of early settlers in Virginia. By combining our research with DNA testing, we are making tremendous progress. There is free DNA testing available. All you need is to be a male with the surname of Phillips and to have information on four generations of your family.
