Family of Johannes Niebel moved to Rockingham County, VA between 1789 and 1809

I am looking for information on the family of Johannes Niebel who immigrated probably from Pforzheim (Stuttgart) Germany to the United States in 1771. He married Anna Catherine Valentine in 1777 in York, Pennsylvania. They had a son, Jacob Niebel, born in 1781; a daughter, Anna Maria Niebel, born in 1785; and a son, Heinrich Niebel, born in 1789, all in York County, Pennsylvania.

Sometime between 1789 and 1809 they moved to Rockingham County, Virginia where Johannes Niebel died in 1809. Jacob Niebel married Christina Early in 1807 in Rockingham County, Virginia, and moved to Miamisburg, Montgomery County, Ohio about 1818. I don't know whether or not Anna Maria Niebel and Heinrich Niebel stayed in Pennsylvania or moved with the family to Virginia. Any information on this family would be helpful. Thank you.
