I am seeking information on the descendants of Alexander & Lettice (Letty) Campbell. Their Children: Catherine, Alexander, Ellick (?) and Letty (?).. Grandson named Samuel Campbell.
They lived in Shenandoah County, but I wonder about a connection to Frederick and Rockbridge Counties.
Their daughter, Catherine (Caty) married Richard Botkin (Bodkin) on 22 Jan 1793. Richard's sister, Jane Bodkin, married an Alexander Campbell on 28 July 1795. Marriages in Shenandoah County.
Richard & Caty Botkin moved to Kentucky for a few years and then settled in Hamilton County, Ohio. By the ages of their children probably moved to Ohio between 1801 - 1809.
Here are Shenandoah notes on the family.
