Patrick Neil d. 1802 in Rockbridge Co. VA

I am looking for anyone who can help me with some information and possible lookup.
I recently found in the book of the History of Rockbridge County in the chapter of Misc. information which was apparently tidbits the author had found from wills, bibles and such and placed them all in the surname order in that chapter. He only list the Names and date mentioned and not exactly where the information came from. But for one listing in there it seems to be from a will. It is for Patrick Neil and it says:
Patrick Neil d. 1802 wife Mary ch: Mackinion, James, Patrick (Mary D.Beers 1800), Hamilton, Hulker? Isabella (m. ____ Paten), Daniel, Graham.

It also says Hamilton in Green Co. TN 1816
Isabella m. Samuel Patterson 1802 (in the will it said Paten)
Stoddard m. Peggy Collins 1807
These seem to have come from a family bible.
The mention of the Mary D. Beers in the will is from the marriage of Patrick to her in 1800. It is obviously the one dying in 1802 as in 1850 She is still alive and is listed as 90 yrs of age, insane, and born in Ireland.

Has anyone else ever run across the Neil when researching Rockbridge? And I would really like a copy of the will as I have doubts about the Authors transciption of the name Hulker. As no other descendents of that family ever used that name.
That Patrick is supposed to have had brothers name Hamilton and Stoddard also.

If you know anything about these Neils, or live in Rockbridge and would be willing to look for that will, I would be willing to compensate you for your trouble.

Thank you.
Sheila Allen-Winterberg
