I live in the State of Washington so obviously can not check. However, because I had many family in the Roanoke area, I know that if the obits you need are since 1990 I believe, you can go on line to the Roanoke Times, scroll to archives & look them up. If you find a partial obit & want the entire article, they charge $1.95. If the obit is earlier than 1990, the Roanoke Library, Virginia Room will look them up & email them to you. I just explain how far I live, give them names & dates of death. The first time I inquired I think they said they look up 5 or 6 free and then charge. I usually request 3 or 4 at a time as I am researching & they have never charged. It is a great place if you ever visit there! virginiaroom@gmail.com
