GEORGE BRYER & RICHARD LAWRENCE, 1300 acres in Rappahannock Co VA "... on the North Side of Rappahanocke River ... and on the eastward side of Rappahanocke Creeke ... begining at A marked red oake standing neere Rappahanocke Creeke side and adioyning to the Land of CHARLES GRYMES Clarke Dec.ed thence extending up and alongst the said Creeke according to the Severall Courses ... The said Land being due to the said BRYER & LAWRENCE [for] transportacon of Six & twenty persons ..."
