Margaret Wygal Miller's Will

In Margaret Wygal Miller's 1848 Will (Pulaski County Will Book 1, p159-60) Daniel Miller is listed as one of the witnesses. Margaret and James Miller Sr. had a son named Daniel who was supposed to have moved to Illinois around 1826 and eventually on to California. Does anyone know if the Daniel Miller named as a witness to her Will was her son or the Daniel Miller (s/o Daniel Sr.) who was living in Montgomery Co. at the time?
