By virtue of a land office Treasury Warrant Granted to HENRY BANKS for Fifty Acres of Land Numbered 22728 and dated the __ day of December 1783 I have surveyed a parcel of waste land for LANGHORNE DADE lying in Prince William County Agreeable to an entry thereof made by the said DADE on the 25th day of February one thousand eight hundred and four Beginning at A a fallen Box oak corner to GEORGE GREYs land now RINOs running thence North ... a red oak stump in cleared land ... an old marked black oak corner to GRANT thence with GRANTs line ... a fallen black oak corner to GRANT thence with another of the said GRANTs lines ... a marked hickory sapling at the intersection of GEORGE GREYs now RENOs line with that of GRANTs thence with GREYs now RENOs line ... including six acres one Rood and eight Poles given under my hand the 24th day of January 1805 HENRY D HOOL Sur'r PWm Coty. ... BENJAMIN JAMESON & WILLIAM JAMESON Sworn C Men }
Resurveyed on the 14th March 1805 HENRY D HOOL Sur'r P.Wm. Cot'y
(Endorsed) I assign the within Entry and location to Capt. JOHN FOX of Stafford County and am desirous that a Patent for the within mentioned Land may issue in his name LANGHORN DADE May 4th 1805 ... Test W GRANT

JOHN FOX, assignee of LANGHORN DADE, 6 acres, 1 rood, & 8 poles in Prince William Co VA "... a fallen box oak corner to GEORGE GRAY's land, now RENOE's, thence North ... a red oak stump in cleared land ... an old marked black oak corner to GRANT, thence with said GRANT's line ... a fallen balck oak corner to said GRANT, thence with another of his lines ... a marked hickory sapling, at the intersection of RENOE's (formerly GEORGE GRAYs) line, with that of GRANTs; and thence with said RENOE's line ..."
