David Pannill/Pannell and Thomas Morgan 18th century

In an old manuscript FITZHUGH AND PANNELL GENEALOGY by Mary Stuart Fitzhugh I found a handwritten notation. Next to a paragraph from the 1718 will of Thomas Pannell 2nd of Richmond Co., VA part of which reads "I give to my child that my wife now goeth with" is the handwritten notation-which I think was written by the author- "This child was named David and eventually lived in Prince George Co., VA". The wife's name was Sarah and very soon after the death of Thomas she remarried Thomas Morgan.

I would appreciate any information of this family. He may have moved to Prince George Co. after he was grownup or with the mother and stepfather.

Sarah Price
