Barbara- Since your message is several years old you may no longer need any info on this but if you will go to message 218 from Virginia Phillips-Smith it has this info:

Prince George County Records 1713-1728, Part III, Abstracted and Indexed by Benjamin B. Weisiger, Jr.

p.462 Dec 9, 1719 William Blaikley of James City Co., Gent. to George Hughs of same county, Planter, for a tract of land in same county made over to him by Hughs, grants to said Hughs 270 acres of land on head of Chippoake Creek in Pr. Geo. Co., bounded by a small branch of Western Run, Richard Hyde, Adam Heath, William Heath, Richard Warthen's Mill, as in Richard Jones's deed to Blaikley Dec. 14, 1714
William Blaikley
Wit: James (R) Roberts
George Hughs, Jr.
William Tharp

Rec. Jan. 3, 1721"

Apparently the Tharps owned a mill. Chipoakes Creek was dividing line between Pr. George and Surry Co.
