Thanks for the message, but I've recently discovered that my Thomas Hobbs, who was born in Frederick, Maryland in 1757, migrated to Wythe, Russell, and Washington Counties (Virginia) with his siblings and father Vincent Hobbs. He disappeared from tax records by 1795. I need to find out if he married Nancy Baber of Wythe County around 1780, who is the mother of my g-g-g-g-grandfather Richard Hobbs.
