Hi, Coonie. Don't let this other address distract you! I looked through the full list of names, and I found some others that I can, by extention, coonect to the Porters and Ewings, thus to the Gillespies. I will work those angles.

One of the signers was William Marshall. His sister Tabitha was the mother of William Marshall Williams (1771-1800), who married Eleanor Porter 7 January 1789 in PE Co.

I will just about bet that "unsigned Porter" was my Andrew Porter, as I know he was in PE CO by 1776. He died there 18 November 1824. His wife was Margaret Ewing.
