Does anyone have proof of the date of birth of Thomas Baldwin who married Nancy Bibb? I have seen the date of Thomas Baldwin's birth listed as February 12,1741/42. What is the source of this birth year?
When Thomas Baulding Sr. wrote his will the year 1767, he listed his sons in order in his will as; Thomas Baulding, William Baulding, John Baulding & Caleb Baulding. Are they listed in order of birth?
Yet in researchers records the sons are listed as, William b. 1721; John b.1730; Thomas b. 1741/42; & Caleb b. 1750. This does not make sense to me. It appears the only one out of order is Thomas Baldwin.
Then look at the end of the Will of Thomas Baulding Sr. where he appoints three of his sons as executors of his estate. He lists them in the same order as they appear in the Will; Thomas, William & Caleb, except that he did not list John Baldwin.
Can anyone give me proof that Thomas Baldwin is not the eldest son in this family??
