I am a Farley descendant researching Farley's who may have migrated from Powhatan County, Virginia ca. 1850 to the surrounding areas of Hamilton, Milners Crossroads, Shiloh, and Valley Plains of Harris County, Georgia.

I am looking for information such as slave inventories, bills of sale, deeds, bible notes and any other information that may assist me in finding out who owned my Farley ancestors during slavery.

The names of my g-g-g-grandparents are:
James Farley (Native American) b. 1818, Virginia
Peggy Farley b. 1822, Virginia (maiden name unknown)
Date of Death: Unknown
Date of Marriage: Unknown

Some of their children's names are: James, Jackson, Victoria, Henry, Nancy, and Lewis; there may be others.

Any information or assistance you may be able to provide is greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much,
A. Jackson
