Were There TWO Berger's Store's?

Hello all,

I've been under the impression that the old Berger's Store was where Toshes is now, NE of Chatham.

In this 1880 map, it shows Berger's Store in the area above Museville, NW of Chatham.

Was the map wrong? Were there two Berger's Store's?
