I did find some information on the Frayser and Co. Photographers. I used the Danville City Directory at Ancestry.com and found that Frayser and Co operated in Danville in 1888, 1889, 1890, and 1891. It was owned and operated by WGR Frayser and his son WGR Frayser, Jr. From the 1900 federal census, it appears the Frayser family moved to Richmond. Hope that helps!

By the way, I also have Overby ancestors from that area of Virginia as well. Panthea Overby (1835-1884) was my great x 3 grandmother. Panthea was married to Elias Elliott. Does any of that sound familiar?
