I just saw your message!
Here is more info I found on Benjamin Vancils' parents.
Benjamin was the son of John Vancil & Eve Weddle.
He was a farmer and fruit grower.
He was buried on the old Vancil homestead on Mar 20th, 1883, per his death certificate.
Benjamin married Katherine Landreth on Mar. 15, 1827. After Katherine died in 1874, Benjamin married Nancy Langley on Feb. 18 1875.

The "Farmer and Fruit Grower" writes about Benjamin Vancil: "Benjamin Vancil, aged seventy-eight years, departed this life Monday morning, March 11, 1883, and was laid away to rest in the family cemetery, near which has been his home for thirty years, Father John D. Lamer, a life-long friend of the deceased, officiating".
