Martha Jane McGhee from Patrick County

I'm lookin for info on my GGGgrandmother Martha Jane McGhee who was born abt.1825 in Patrick County Va. She married Jeremiah Compton Jr. in 1839 in Russell County Va. All I know is that Martha's mother was also Martha McGhee who lived with them in the 1850 Russell Co. Census and lists her as being 53 so she might have been born around 1797. If anyone knows anything about this line I'd greatly appreciate the info.
