Williams and Paulson/Poulson Families in Orange Co., VA. 1735
Posted by: Tina Williams Swyers (ID *****5207) Date: April 28, 2008 at 19:21:34

I am looking for any information on Joseph Williams, wife
Lydia, Providence Williams, wife Sarah and Joseph and Providence's sister, Ann Williams Paulson/Poulson (husband,
Richard Paulson/Poulson). Richard Paulson/Poulson had land with Joseph Jones in Orange Co. VA around 1734. Joseph Williams had land records in Winchester, VA. They came from Frederick Co., Maryland.

Joseph Williams died abt. 1747 and his wife Lydia's security witness on his Will was Abram Pennington - so there could be a Pennington connection for her.

I have found some records showing Joseph Williams and a Remembrance Williams.
