Richard BREEDEN alias CROSS ca mid-1700's

Does anyone know if the Richard CROSS who claimed headrights in Orange County VA in 1739 is the same Richard BREEDEN alias CROSS who made a deed to his children in Culpeper Co. in 1773? Ellioner CROSS also claimed headrights in 1743. Are they related? The same couple in Culpeper? Any other info regarding this '39 Richard Cross?
