Thank you for providing this information. I was already aware of the security for the marriage and of Benedict's serving as a school teacher in Northumberland. What I have been looking for (for more than a decade now) is the identification of his parents and/or any of his siblings. This information is proving to be most elusive. If you have any information about his ancestry, please pass that along to me. I greatly appreciate your taking the time to respond.
