Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

You can find a copy of it posted on Heritage Quest, do a search on Northumberland Co., Virginia, and it's listed under Northumberland Co. Va record of births 1661-1810 140 pgs. There is an index. If you don't presently use Heritage Quest (which is free) you'll need to check your library for how to access it at home (again free), you can't just pull it up on your computer as the libraries pay subscription for it and you'll need their code access. I was suprised not to find the Blackwell's I expected to find so the births may not cover all of the family records from St. Stephen's that do provide information on children born into families.
