May have sent this already, I have access to the book, it is a copy of the St. Stephen's church records and does not include a Roger or Henry Bell. Bell and Ball are often mis copied, so best to check both. The Book is available as part of the Virginia Colonial Records 1600-1700 CD from Genealogical Publishing.
