I have access to the book. It is a reprint of the St. Stephen's Church Records. It is also available on CD from Genealogical Publishing Co. "Va. Colonial Records, 1600s-1700s". Bell was not a big name, but Ball was and the transcription from the original was difficult. In the prelude Fleet calls it the dullest project he ever undertook. Neither a Roger or a Henry Bell are listed in the St. Stephens Church Records. The name Bell did survive and a Henry Bell did serve in the Confederate Army.
