Hello, I'm Ann Wilkes Allan and wanted all to know that we have recently begun a Wilkes DNA Project which will include derivative spellings of the Wilkes surname. Looking for interested participants to join this exciting venture! We desperately need participants who descend from the early Wilkes families of Virginia and of course anyone with the Wilkes or other derivative spellings.
