James Jones and his legatees, Shippey

James Jones found in Fleet's VA Colonial Abstracts. This said source names his, James Jones, legatees, Phoebe and Priscilla Shippey. Phoebe married a John Turner and Priscilla married a Henry Metcalf. My question is, what is the relationship of the Shippey sisters to the above James Jones? This was in 1714.
