Thanks for your interest, Billy. I've been away from home so much this year that I haven't been able to order the book from the library - when they do get it in, it only stays here for 10 days and it could take anywhere from two weeks to two months to arrive! I'm glad you reminded me about it as I should be here for the next couple of months at least, so will get going on the order.

Is the book written chronologically - so that I could determine if the episodes detailed in the book took place at the correct time (March 8, 1863)? Or is it a general history of the area?
