Wayne/Vain in Norfolk 1830-1850

I am seeking information on my Wayne/Wane/Vain/Vane line in Norfolk during the years 1830-50.
Edward and Mary Vain are listed in the Baltimore Land records as living in Norfolk County, Virginia in 1845. Edward was a butcher from Baltimore City, Maryland and may have moved to Norfolk with the Winindger family of butchers.

Edward's brother, George may also have moved to Norfolk as well.

Edward returned to Baltimore around 1849-50.

Does anyone have access to the Personal property lists of 1836-1848 or the Personal property tax lists of 1827-1850?

Thank you in advance.

D. Rhema
