Thank you so much for the reply and taking the time to lookup those marriages (if it is not too much trouble, could I have the dates of Eliz. C. and Mildred Anderson's marriages?).

Catherine may have married in Buckingham Co., Albemarle or Amherst. The probability is she married in Buckingham. Thomas J. Anderson was born and raised in Buckingham Co. but lived most of his life in Nelson county after he married there.

Thomas J. Anderson's parents were William Anderson and Nancy Farrar Anderson. Nancy died when Thomas was 4 or 5 years old, so he knew only his step-mother, Elizabeth Leake. According to the census of Buckingham Co. William Anderson and Nancy Farrar had 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls. I have not been able to find Thomas' siblings as yet.

Again, thank you for your reply.

Debra
