I have some Covingtons in my line in the 1700's, and I know that my g-g-g-grandfather was in Greensville County, VA in the late 1700's. Do you have any other names of your Covingtons? I have Cassandra, Levin, Rebecca, Leonard (General in War of 1812), Levin, Leonard, and Elizabeth. Leonard (not General) married Priscilla Magruder, great-granddaughter of Rob Roy.
