Contact Caroline Co for will/probate/land records. There will always be a land record, anywhere....required to be recorded, unlike marriages/deaths/births.
Bart's 1783 bounty land issued by Richmond VA was for 300 acs, but when Frances was having difficulties with the government in 1866 she had but 3 acs, and needy, so possibly not too much to find.

I've read the pension file for Bartholomew and Frances.
The marriage record and pension file say the name is LOVING.
3-24-1794 Bartholomew TAYLOR m. Fanny LOVING, Caroline Co VA
Are you aware Elizabeth [Samuel] TAYLOR is Frances' mother by her 1st husband?

You might check U of VA Library....they have many records online.
