William Harlow of Fluvanna Co., Virginia

I'm looking for information regarding William Harlow, who was born on or around April 14, 1801 in Fluvanna Co., Virginia. He married Elizabeth Taylor on December 18, 1822, and moved to Pickaway County, Ohio around 1829-30.

I am looking for information as to the identity of his parents and the branch of the Harlow family he was from. Aparrently, the name was at some point changed to "Harlor" when he moved to Ohio.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
