How do I find a death notice for Lenard Jay Kushner of Alexandria?

Lenard (yes, that is really the spelling of his first name) died sometime within the past three years, and I'm looking for more specific information on behalf of a relative who was sort of "cut off" from the family and did not learn of the death until just now.

I know the man's full name, year of death within three years 2006-2009. I also know the address where he lived at the time of his death.

Still, all my searches yield nothing. I am positive the man died. At this point I would even be willing to resort to a paid site, but am afraid that would also yield nothing.

I've tried expanding the range of years for year of death since I cannot be positive which year he died. Can anyone help me with this?

Anything you can tell me will be greatly appreciated!(I found nothing on SSDI)
