The title is "Adventurers of Purse and Person" (note the second R in "Adventurers"). I'd also recommend that you indicate which volume your ancestor is in -- it's a three-volume work.

Worldcat.org lists it in 200+ libraries, and local library may be able to request it on interlibrary loan for you if none of them are near you.
